The geographical location of the factory is very convenient in transportation, with railway and highway lines radiating in all directions. It is only one-hour drive from Jiaozuo to Zhengzhou and the airport along the expressway.The railway line directly leads to the capital city Beijing and Tianjin port. The factory¨s main products mainly include construction machinery components, automobile components, universal machine parts, and utensils for construction. Now every year nearly 10,000 Tons of castings and machined parts are exported to many countries including Germany, Britain and America, accounting for 5% in all. The main standards followed in production process of castings include grey cast iron (ISO350/22,400/18,400/15,450/10,500/7,600/3, 700/2,800/2,800/8),Nodular cast iron (ISO150,200,250,300,350), etc. The factory mainly has four workshops: a casting workshop, No.1 and No.2 metal-machining workshops and a painting workshop .The molten iron for casting is all prepared through rapid smelting process by means of intermediate frequency electric furnaces, with rapid analysis of chemical content in front of the furnace.Numerical control machine tools are used for the operationof machining.
